How to lose weight
Since I come to America I have been eating a lot of cheese burgers and fast foods, so my poor weight is bombing. When I started to choose my clothes that I wanted to wear, I almost cried. I threw my clothes that I could not wear, it was pretty sad for me, so I decided to lose my weight. This process was really harsh and arduous.
Before I started my plan I threw or gave my snacks away because I could not stop to eating them if I had them. The first step, I stopped eating dinner, and started eating breakfast. It would help me to adjust my lifestyle and metabolism. The second step, I bought a lot of fruits and ate them every day. The third step, I excised 2 hours a day. The last step is persistence. I have to be persistent to do all of the four steps every day, gradually I succeed.
