my favorite painting

When I look at Van Gogh’s work: Starry Night, the bright color, the twisting, spinning objects, and the mysterious atmosphere fascinates me. The starry sky keep my eyes moving with the painting, following the curves and creating a visual point to point with the stars. I can smell the fresh, chilling air, the dark, rotten castle, and the bright, sweet stars from the painting. Following along the lines, curves, point, colors and spirits of the picture, I feel the unbalanced surface by using my finger and my heart. Also, I think I can heart the bell ringing upon the dark castle, the bird chirping under the star light and the warm, strange silence appear in the twisted world. Tasting the sweet starlight, I feel the bitter dark reveals in the castle and remains in the ordinary’s house and the thin sky. 

Descriptive Practice 1

It was a warm day. Down by the blue, clean and flowing stream, a yellow, 3-inches long bird sat making melodious sound. The big and dazzling sun was up in the blue and cloudless sky. "Oh, how joyful to have such a sunny day all to myself." I thought.

How a student is processed during orientation or registration

Every one should register when they are in school, whatever high school, or college. This precess is common and important that everybody have experienced. Let me tell you the most simple way to registered. You will not regret to follow these 10 steps.

1. Before people register, they need bring their letter of admission, their photo ID and their money if they do not pay, also they need to come to school at registration day. 2. They need to go to school nearby and in the same way they need go find admission office. 3. They go to admission office, and sigh in for their registrations. 4. They may need to get their class schedule and meet some teachers even though these teachers are not their academic teachers. 5. They need to take their room keys and go find their rooms. 6. They need to say hello to their roommates and tidy their rooms. Some student need their parents to help them for tidying their room, so I advice they need to come to school early. 7. They need to walk around to see their new school because they should to fit in this environment. 8. They may have a dinner in dining hall with their parents before parents leave school. 9. After parents' leaving, they need to make some new friends. 10. Consequently, They are done.

How to lose weight

Since I come to America I have been eating a lot of cheese burgers and fast foods, so my poor weight is bombing. When I started to choose my clothes that I wanted to wear, I almost cried. I threw my clothes that I could not wear, it was pretty sad for me, so I decided to lose my weight. This process was really harsh and arduous.

Before I started my plan I threw or gave my snacks away because I could not stop to eating them if I had them. The first step, I stopped eating dinner, and started eating breakfast. It would help me to adjust  my lifestyle and metabolism. The second step, I bought a lot of fruits and ate them every day. The third step, I excised 2 hours a day. The last step is persistence. I have to be persistent to do all of the four steps every day, gradually I succeed.
